It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a project estimate, then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of my services implies that you have read and accepted my terms and conditions.

All projects require a 50% deposit to start. Payable online by check or online invoice. Deposits are subject to rufund. Refund is calculated by subtracting the amount of completed work. If the completed amount of work is greater than the deposit recived Client is in charge of paying the remaining balance.

Usually we outline the project prior to initial deposit. After deposit is received, the official work on the project starts.

After the project brief is complete, you will receive concepts of your new logo within 2 weeks. From there we will select one or a combination of them and move on to the revision phase. There are 3 rounds of revisions included in each logo design project. We will discuss revisions via phone, text or email. Whatever is convenient for you.  After each round of revisions, you will be sent an updated logo presentation for review. Total Logo Design timeline depends on client responsiveness.Additional revisions adhere to the revision policy below.‍

After the project brief is complete, I will start construction of your website in the chosen enviroment. This gives you a live, interactive site that you can view on any device, review content and test functionality. Revisions for websites are based on hours instead of rounds. The total revision time allotted for each website project is outlined in the project estimate. Website design timelines are defined on a per-project basis in the project estimate and are flexible due to client responsiveness.

Revisions are defined as any changes made to the work for branding, design and web services. Revision limits for design work and web work are defined on a per-project basis outlined in the project estimate. Additional revisions are billed at $50 an hour. Additional revision fees are included in the final project payment and are due before delivery of your product/service. Total amount of revisions are dependent on the amount of changes you request. Total time for revision process depends on client responsiveness.

Final payment is due in full before final delivery of all goods and services. Final payments are due within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of final payment, I deliver your products and/or services in the defined format below or defined by the project outline.

I don’t bother with late fees. Basically if you don’t pay for your product or service, you don’t get it. If you need longer to pay, a request for extension must be made via email 7 days prior to final due date. If for whatever reason you do not pay the final invoice within 15 days, the product is considered forfeited and I can resell the product or service as I see fit. Of course, it will not include any intellectual property you own like existing branding, design or content.

Delivery is made once you approve of all work and after payment is made in full. Delivery times vary based on the estimated times in the project estimate and client responsiveness.

Branding assets are delivered within 1 business day of final payment. Deliverable formats include both vector and raster in: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .jpeg, and .png. You will also receive a branding guide showing the colors, usage and font pairings for the logo. Font files are included as well. Files are shared via email or through Google Drive/Dropbox. Upon delivery of your branding files I pass along all intellectual property rights to you, the Client.

Websites are delivered within 1 business day after full receipt of payment. Delivery accounts for up to 1 hour of migration to your host of choice. Additional time required for migration are billed hourly at $50 an hour. If you want to migrate at a later date, a request must be made in writing via email with the preferred date of migration and at least 1 day in advance of established migration date.I reserve the right to postpone migration due to travel, holidays, vacation, etc. This will be made clear to you before we get to this phase and I do my best to work around your schedule.Upon delivery to your web hosting account, I will test and ensure that the site looks and works as defined in the project estimate and by your revisions.

During migration to your live server, your website might experience downtime. This is usually only a couple minutes if any at all. I am not responsible for any lost traffic during website downtime.

This defines the time it takes for you to get back with me on any questions or revisions related to each project. Basically the longer it takes for you to get back with me, the longer the project is going to take, affecting the estimated deadline.

Project fees are refundable in full before any work has been started. If you request a refund after work has started, the refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the amount of time spent on the project at my hourly rate of $50 an hour.Refunds will be made by me within 14 business days of refund request. Refund deposit times vary based on your bank.
